He was predeceased by: his brother Mervyn "Rolly" McReynolds; and his granddaughter Valery Ypma. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Chris, Holly (James), Michelle, Dave, Kira (AJ), Marina (Jason), Veronica, Keeghan, Owen, Yme and Siebren; his great grandchildren, Nik, Zeke, Desiree, Zoey, Izzy, Jak, Ciara, Ezrah, Zane, Zaya, Klara, Daphney, Elena and Aquila; and his siblings, Edgar McReynolds (Carolyn), Olive Palmer (Rodney) and Marilyn Taylor (Keith). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
