He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koster and Trudia Koster. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Jonker; his children, Wayne Jonker (Amy), Rob Jonker (Becky) and Sarah Cullen; his stepson Todd Smith (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Savannah, Britton, Evan, Riley Jonker and Trinity Cullen.
