He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his stepchildren, Kim Rudy (Scott), Stephen Hohl (Kris), Scott Hohl, Christine Simpson (John), Carol Lobodzinski (Bud), Gord Bell (Gail) and Brenda Bray; and his siblings, Stuart Lee, Maureen Odorico, Grant Lee (Margaret), Wilson Lee (Jill), Barbara Comeau (Ray) and Bernie (Anita).
