She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Ervin Bateman; her son Larry Bateman (Margie); and her brother-in-law Leon Collins. She is survived by: her children, David Bateman (Liz), Wayne Bateman (Carol) and Cheryl Bertrand (Kevin); her grandchildren, Denise Bateman (Manish), Dana Colman (Scott), Devon Bateman (Bob), Matthew, Jessica Bateman, Ryan Bateman (Victoria), Daniel Bateman (Sarah), Brandon (Deanna), Quinton and Cory Bertrand; her great grandchildren, Max, Tyson Colman, Mena, Shriya Bhatt, Grayson and Brynlee Bertrand; and her sister Helen Collins.
