Donna Josephine Harrison Obituary
In loving memory of Donna Josephine Harrison of Woodstock, Ontario, born in Cadillac, Saskatchewan, who departed this world on November 5, 2024 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. G. W. Kaiser and Mary Kaiser (Holmes); her husband Gordon Harrison; her stepmother Mae Kaiser (Amer); her son David; her granddaughter Melissa Harrison; her sisters, Evelyn Seale (Gordon) and Ina Kaiser; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Kaiser and Donald Harrison (Ruth).
She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Ann) and Ken (Kathy) of Pickering; her grandchildren, Julie Geissinger, Jenn Downs, James Ball, Kate Harrison, Natalie and Kevin Therrien; her great grandchildren, Ben, Tim Geissinger, Ava Downs, Sebastian Harrison-Davis, Layla Harrison, Adelynne Therrien, Nolan Bennett and Elodie Therrien; and her brother Keith Kaiser of Dorchester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glendinning Funeral Home (40 William St N, Plattsville, ON N0J1S0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Peace United Church (20 Samuel St, Plattsville, ON N0J1S0). A reception was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the Chesterfield Cemetery (816661 22, Bright, ON N0J1B0).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Peace United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
