With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Denis Allan Bernard Byrnes (Woodstock, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Denis Allan Bernard left this world on January 4, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edward (Fernande), Arthur (Berniece), Bernadette, Carmel (John Levesque), Francis (Nelson Lewis), Katherine (Aime Brosseau), Bernadine (Andrew Levesque), Monica (Lucien Brabant), Patrick (Noella), Michael (Marilyn), James (Jeannine) and Ronald; his parents-in-law, Robert and Margaret Munroe; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Munroe.
He is survived by: his wife Isabella; his daughter Kelly; his son-in-law Trace McCandless; his grandsons, Brendan and Shane; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Munroe (Karen) and Barbara Munroe. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews & friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brock & Visser (845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S8Z4). A Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (1420 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S7V9).
