She was predeceased by: her parents, Ate Kuiken and Anna Kuiken. She is survived by: her siblings, Charlie Kuiken, Trish Kuiken of Whitby, Bart Kuiken, Deb Kuiken of Oakwood, Pam Gray and Andy Gray of Innerkip. She is also survived by nieces and great nephews.
