He is survived by: his wife Madeleine; his father Douglas Mitchell; his brothers, Lawrence and Roger (Cathy); his nieces and nephews, Stacy and Devin; his grandchildren, Alexis and Andrew; his brother-in-law Ferman Sawyer; his nephews, Robert, Shane and Ferman Jr.; and his extended family Quebec.
