It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chaitram Persad of Woodstock, Ontario, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chaitram Persad to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwarka Persad and Rampeyarie Persad; and his sisters, Lilawatee and Pamela. He is survived by: his spouse Sukhya Persad; his children, Rabindranath "Rob" Persad (Carol) of Michigan and Sharmila Boodoo of Brampton; his grandchildren, Catherine, Nicole Persad, Natasha and Sirena Boodoo; and his siblings, Hansraj, Janrarind, Bisham, Prakashwatee, Sushila, Sindy, Sudeshna and Prabha. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
