We are sad to announce that on October 8, 2023, at the age of 100, Cecil A. Barber of Woodstock, Ontario, born in Norfolk, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Andrew, Charlie, Velma, Marion, Nora, Margaret, Berva and Dorothy; and his parents, David Barber and Ivey Barber (Groom).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Hart); his children, Gail Janus (Larry) and Gary Barber; and his grandchild Glen Barber (Sarah).
Out of respect for the age of those in attendance, guests are requested to please wear a face mask.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Wildlife Federation.
