She is survived by: her husband Charles Austin; her daughters, Jessica Thain and Anne Jackson; her parents, Virginia Elizabeth and Gerald Laverne Ransom; and her brothers, David Eric Ransom (Elaine), John Douglas Ransom and Andy Gerald Ransom (Kelly).
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S8Z4).
In lieu of flowers, donations would be welcomed to the Women's Employment Resource Centre of Woodstock.
