He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Destiny and Jaxon. He is survived by: his close friend Rose Underwood; his children, Zack and Krystal; his grandchildren, Brooklynn and Sydney; and his brother Lorne (Cindy). He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews and great nieces and nephews.
