He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Smith. He is survived by: his children, John and Sylvia; his siblings, Evelyn "Ev" McNeil (Alex), Don (Shirley) and Wilbur; and his nieces and nephews, Bonnie, Stephen, Barb, Phil, Tom, Larry and Laurie.
Due to covid, many of Bill's Family and good friends couldn't pay their respects at the funeral home.
