He is survived by: his wife Alba; his children, Julia and Joseph; his parents, Janke and Stephen Koinoff (Eva Pretty); his sister Marianne Alstad; his aunt Mary Ann of Vries Holland; his brothers-in-law, Dino and Fabio Michelucci; and also Alabama.
