She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Stephenson; her son Danny W. Stephenson; her siblings, Patricia Garland and Wayne Danby (Diane); her sister-in-law Elizabeth Ficht; her children, Vickie Hartley (Alex), John Stephenson (Debbie) and Bonnie Adams (Kevin); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jeffrey, Matthew, Christopher (Katie), Michael (Janaya), Adam, Terron and Heather (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Katie, Evie, Isla and Ceyon.

She is survived by: her friend Norma Jacklin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Barbara can be made to Woodstock General Hospital.
