She was predeceased by: her husband George William Sparks; and her brother Fred Sherwin. She is survived by: her son Evan Sparks; and her siblings, Dot (Dorothy) Hill (Robert Hill) and Doug Sherwin (Lenore). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
