As Andrew departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Andrew. Though Andrew may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tammy Kropf; his parents, Shirley Cullen (Richard Julian) and Alan Cullen; his brother Brad Cullen (Chris); his nieces, Megan and Sadie Cullen; his parents-in-law, Darlene and Kenneth Ulch; his brother-in-law Raymond; and also Deb Donovan. He was also cherished by many extended family members and friends.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, ON N4S8Z4).
