Amy Newport Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Newport of Woodstock, Ontario, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Newport; her grandson Bill Johnson; her son-in-law Ken Johnson; her daughter Nancy Newport; her parents, Amy Barnes and Fred Barnes; and her sister Opal Cannon Ken Barnes.

She is survived by: her children, Gale Johnson (late Ken) of Nova Scotia, Dale Leake (Bruce) of Woodstock, Billie June (Roger Wilson) of Dunchurch and Cathy Keith (Bill) of Bracebridge. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
