She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Boom; and her siblings, John, Frank, Hank, Baukje and Sjoukje.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Heather) and Sherry Sciurko (Mark); her grandchildren, BJ, Stephen (Norm), Ted (Tiffany) and David; her great grandchildren, Keenan and Kadence; and her siblings, Siene, Annie Sievers (Jacques), Helen Westra (Gary), Foukje (Rein), Alice, Ida, Eddie and Edwyne (Trynie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
