She was predeceased by: her husband Marcus Hoekstra (Max); her nephew Tom Kroon (Will); and her nephews-in-law, Frans Schoonderwaldt and Gerrit Dales. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Anna Paulina Schoonderwaldt, Afke Dales, Klazien Berendsen (Ton) and Adrie Kroon; her great-nephew Frank Schoonderwaldt (Emmjay); her children, Tanya, Daniel, Tyler and Joanne Klingenberg (Terry); her grandchild Devon; her daughter Helen Cooper (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Sydni, Tyler, Cory and Amanda.
