He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arie (Mein), Maartin (Dini), Adriana (Paul), Tinus (Jo), Garett, Hans and Gertje (Braam).
He is survived by: his spouse Dirkje "Vicky"; his children, Conny Allan (Bradley) and Theressa DeJong (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kevin, Erik, Samantha, Kyle, Nicole and Amanda; his great grandchild Lukas; and his siblings-in-law, Annemarie Streef, Rina Streef and Anneke Streef. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
