She was predeceased by: her brothers, Alan, Scott Mitchell and Jerry "Budgie" Budge; and her parents, Mervyn Mitchell and Irene Mitchell (McIntyre).
She is survived by: her husband Jack Wilson; her daughters, Rhonda (Gilly) and Debbie Wilson (Troy); her sisters, Darlene (Tony) and Marie Mitchell (Donnie); her grandchildren, Heidi and Cole Lebrun; and her caregivers, Matthew Castiglia and Amanda Bulcher.
