With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Berenz of Woodbridge, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Linda (Anthony), Larry (Fern) and Kenneth (Linda); her grandsons, Stephen (Stephanie) and Alex (Lily); her great grandchildren, Markus and Alessia; her significant other Philip; her parents, John Lisafeld and Anna Lisafeld; and her pet Topsy. She was also cherished by her many family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Ward Funeral Home - Woodbridge Chapel (4671 Hwy 7, Woodbridge, ON L4L1S6). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at the Mount Hope Cemetery - Toronto (305 Erskine Ave, Toronto, ON M4P2A5).
