He was predeceased by: his wife Rita; his parents, Emilio and Ida; his siblings, Anna Maria, Sergio, Rita and Maria Luisa; and his brothers-in-law, Italo and Giuseppe.

He is survived by: his children, Deborah (Artur), Roberta (Ryan), Manuela (Joe), Edward and Albert (Stefanie); his grandchildren, Sofia and Simon; and his sibling-in-law Bruna. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
