He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Adamo and Giuseppina Adamo; his brother Mike Adamo; his parents-in-law, Eugenio and Assunta Caputo; and his brother-in-law Pietro Filice.
He is survived by: his wife Raffaella; his children, Eugenio and Assunta Susan; and his sister-in-law Maria Filice.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that a donation be made to the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre who took good care of John in his last moments.
