She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefano Formica and Giuseppina Formica. She is survived by: her siblings, Giuseppe Formica (Ada), Graziella Camarda (Salvatore) and Lidia (Salvatore Parisi). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and many friends.
