He was predeceased by: his brother Luigi. He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Carmen Melfi (Malika), Carla Melfi and Claudia Melfi (Phil Lucchese); his grandchildren, Cristofer, Marcus, Callia, Paul, Marco, Jessica, Michelle, Evan Maia and Jake; and his sisters, Maria and Grazia.
