It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blaize Piacentini of Woodbridge, Ontario, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Piacentini and Maria Piacentini. He is survived by: his wife Elena; his children, Patrick, Marisa and Frankie; his brother Lou; his sisters-in-law, Mary-Anne (Serafino) and Tanina (Rocco); his nieces and nephews, Michael, David, Anthony, Laura (Victor), Claire, Natalie (Luca) and Ella; and his great-nephew Malcolm. He is also survived by family and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Sunnybrook Foundation Glioblastoma Research Fund would be appreciated.
