He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Fogal; and his parents, Leslie Fogal and Verna Fogal (Waterman). He is survived by: his siblings, Lavern (Irene Fogal), Brenda Wade of Durham, Doug Fogal of Durham, Shirley (Dave Park) and Lisa (Al Sears); his stepchildren, Debbie and Mike Jardin of Belgrave; his grandchildren, Kendall and Kesler Jardin; and his pet Sylvester. He is also survived by siblings.
