Neil Olson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Olson (Wingham, Ontario), who passed away on July 20, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Ruth Olson; his parents, Fred Olson and Olive Olson; his sister Nola Ferster (Donald); his parents-in-law, Norman Coultes and Mary Coultes; and his brother-in-law Grant Coultes.

He is survived by: his children, Joanne Olson, Brian Heard of Kitchener, Jeff Olson, Mickey Howes of Belgrave and Nicole Olson of Wingham; his grandchildren, Jordan Heard, Lyla Olson and Claira Olson; his siblings, Arnold Olson of Edmonton, Wayne, Gail Olson of Edmonton, Patricia and David Woodworth of Calling Lake; and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Sheryl Coultes of Edmonton, Ken, Linda Coultes of Elmira, Doug Coultes of Ripley and Doris Coultes of Milverton.

Memorial donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
