She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Nesbitt; her parents, Joseph Redmond and Mary Redmond (Healy); her siblings, Lou Readman (Isobel), Ken Redmond (Nora), Gerry Redmond, Vern Redman (Marlene), Doreen and Betty; her parents-in-law, Pearl, Dick Weatherhead and Jack Nesbitt; her siblings-in-law, Bob Ames, Crawford Wismer, Roger Mueller, Bob Nesbitt, Rick Weatherhead, Vivian Charles, Mary Nesbitt and Pam Scotchmeir; and her daughter-in-law Kerrianne Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Terry, Donna Nesbitt, Rick, Anna Nesbitt, Cory, Ken Young, Patty, Dennis Knox, Dave Nesbitt, Liz Kaufman, Kevin, Hollie Nesbitt, Marc, Krista Nesbitt, Pamela Nesbitt and Luke Cranston; her grandchildren, Ashley, Adam, Patrick, Melissa, Emily, Kayla, Denise, Jeanette, Charlene, Courtney, Maison, Cassidy, Ryan, Stephanie, Jonathan, Brady and Cade; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Ryder, Bailey, Bianca, Ayden, Callum, Ellie, Addie, Victoria, Oliver, Kendon and Emery; and her siblings, Velma Wismer, Reta Mueller, Shirley (Dave Bittorf), Joan (Jim Moore), Pauline (Rick McLellan), Nancy Redmond, Floyd Nesbitt, Carl (Lena Nesbitt), Donna Jacklin, Bonnie (Loris Savegnago), Pat (Bruce Schoenhals) and Bill Scotchmeir. She is also survived by extended family including her many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the McBurney Funeral Home (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (220 Carling Terrace, Wingham, ON N0G2W0). A reception was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wingham Columbus Centre (99 Kerr Dr, Wingham, ON N0G2W0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Braemar Resident's Council or Sacred Heart School's Breakfast Program would be appreciated by the family.
