Marie Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2020, at the age of 95, Marie Phillips (Wingham, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marie Phillips to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Swan and Lena Swan (England); her husband Leonard John Phillips; her siblings, Harry Swan, Iona Middleton, William Swan and Robert Swan; and her siblings-in-law, Harry Middleton, Willis Craig, Ivan Cook, Margaret Swan and Donna Swan.

She is survived by: her children, Mary, John, Murray McLean, Margot Phillips, Jayne Ross and Keith White; her sisters, Dorothea Craig and Betty Cook; and her sister-in-law Eleanor Swan. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Wingham on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 with Reverend Larry Skinner officiating.

The family gratefully declines flowers; however, if you wish to make a donation in memory of Marie, donations to St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Wingham or the Wingham & District Hospital would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
