She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wade and Mary Matilda Chandler; her siblings, Velma Hollingworth (Doug), Glenn and Cecil Russ Stapleton (Joan); her niece Janet Stapleton; and her nephew Bill Stapleton.

She is survived by: her siblings, Guelda Holmes (Clarence) of Mitchell, Don Stapleton (Marion) of Selkirk and Lloyd Stapleton (Cindi) of Quinte West; her sister-in-law Joan McLean (Stewart); her nieces and nephews, Donny, Barry (Terry), Todd (Melissa), Carol (Randy), Becky (Rob), Brad, Jeff (Dena), Kris (Earl), Nancy (Ed), Cheryl, Karen (Ken), Paul (Esther) and Nathalie (Brad); and her stepdaughter Rachelle King (Jeff).
