Larry Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2024, Larry Smith (Wingham, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Larry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Larry's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; and his son-in-law Bill Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Linda (Cal), Wendy (Wayne), Dave (Karen), Murray (Jenn) and Paula (Steve); and his stepdaughters, Jacquie (Steve) and Tracey. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation to support family rooms for end-of-life care; which was such a help to our family during this challenging time would be appreciated.
