Kathy Edgar Obituary

Kathy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Edgar; her granddaughter Alyson Edgar; her parents, William Ford and Marjorie Ford; and her sisters, Phyllis McMichael (Glenn), Joyce Rizzo (Sandy) and Marguerite Murphy (Bill).

She is survived by: her children, Dale of Gorrie, Linda Edgar of Gorrie, Dianne of Gorrie and Dan Hiltz of Gorrie; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Tessa Hiltz of Ailsa Craig, Jason, Brooke Hiltz of Gorrie, Ansley, Phil Drennan of Waterloo, Caitlin and Evan Wittenberg of Nova Scotia; her great grandchildren, Barrett, Colby, Easton, Claire Hiltz, Elise, Maya Drennan, Koen and Sage Wittenberg; and her siblings-in-law, Jack and Mary Edgar.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Gorrie Hall (2059 Victoria St, Gorrie, ON N0G1X0).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated and can be made through McBurney Funeral Home.
