She was predeceased by: her husband Paul O'Neil; her son Bobby; her parents, Gerard Phelan and Marie Phelan; her brother Patrick Phelan; her parents-in-law, Robert and Velma O'Neil; and her brother-in-law David O'Neil.
She is survived by: her children, Angela, Matthew, John, Julia, Katie, Kyle, Meghan, Jason, Alex and Taylor; her grandchildren, Preston, Abigail, Desmond, Makayla, Haley, Landon, Emerich, Breccan, Roland, Gracy and Lilly; her brothers, Joseph Phelan and Andy Phelan; and her siblings-in-law, Rick, Liz O'Neil, Todd, Janet O'Neil and Nancy O'Neil. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce (Chapman House, Owen Sound) would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
