She was predeceased by: her husband John "Duke" Day; her parents, William King and Lillian King; her siblings, Bill King (Joanne) and Marie Douglas (Carl); and her parents-in-law, George and Ethel Day.

She is survived by: her daughter Jane Day; her grandchild J. J. Day of Wingham; and her nieces and nephews, Wayne Douglas, Janette McClean of Wingham, Bill, Tammy King of Brussels, Karla and Darryl Button of California.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Pet Rescue, Lucknow would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
