He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Frischknecht and Maria Frischknecht. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Frischknecht; his child Marlen Tinner-Frischknecht of Switzerland; his grandchildren, Flurina Tinner, Dario Tinner, René and Natascha Frischknecht of Switzerland; his great grandchild Gian Frischknecht; his grandchildren, Henry and Lisa Frischknecht of Wingham; his great grandchildren, Nick Frischknecht, Kayla McWhinney, Henri Frischknecht, Jessica Chrystian, Kurtis Frischknecht, Karin Peterhans-Frischknecht and Christoph Peterhans of Switzerland; his sister Helene Aeberhard-Frischkencht of Switzerland; his son Henry; his grandchildren, Marlen and Karin; and also, Jacqueline Eisenhut, Lukas Pfändler, Eric, Sabrina Eisenhut, Stéphanie, Raphael Hofmann, Fabrice Peterhans, Rolf Frischknecht and Tara Plante of Wingham.
