She was predeceased by: her siblings, Arthur, Donald McLean, Janet Currie, Mary Pennington, Ruby Warner, Fannie Somers and Ella Gwynn.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Thompson of Burlington, Rob and Marcia Thompson of Elmira; her grandchildren, Samantha and Cole; and her sister Doris Stuart.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McBurney Funeral Home (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham Legion or Colitis Foundation would be appreciated.
