The memory of Elinor Neill (Wingham, Ontario), born in Clinton, Ontario, who passed away on April 27, 2025 at the age of 98, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Reginald Collar and Raymond Neill. She is survived by: her children, Audrey, Gregg MacDonald, Donald and Cathy Collar; her grandsons, Steven MacDonald, David MacDonald (Kelly) and Bradley Collar (Michelle Anne); her great grandchildren, Liam, Evie MacDonald, Elijah and Joshua Collar; and her nieces and nephews, Marilyn, Allen Robb, Paul and Mary Young.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McBurney Funeral Home (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (281 Josephine St, Wingham, ON N0G2W0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Braemar Resident's Council or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
