We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Bob Remington of Wingham, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Remington and Doris Remington (McKay); his brothers, Doug and Tom Remington; his parents-in-law, Bill and Doris Walden; his siblings-in-law, Ron (Linda Walden), Phyllis Walden and Marilyn Bradley; and his nephew Kevin Ste.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Remington (Walden) of Wingham; his children, Jenny, Jeremy Johnston of Bluevale and Michael Remington of Wingham; his grandchildren, Remmi, Jaycee, Kyler Johnston, Ashton, Shia and Braxton Remington; his siblings, Joan (Doug Gibson), Gail (Rae Robinson) and Pam (Gary Carter); and also Aimee Venick.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McBurney Funeral Home (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the McBurney Funeral Home Chapel (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 180 would be appreciated.
