She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn Montgomery; and her parents, George Powell and Dorothy Powell. She is survived by: her daughter Karen; her son-in-law Daniel Gagné of Wichita Falls, TX.; her brother Jack Powell (Joan) of St. Joseph; her sister-in-law Joy Heiser (Gordon) of Chapin, SC; and her nieces and nephews, Jason Powell (Maggie), Trowbridge, John Powell (Kate), London, Jenine Hurst (Steve), Fay Rate (Ken), Renee Lanthier (Nick) of Pittsford, NY, Shelly Reeves (Herbie) of Chapin, SC and Montgomery.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McBurney Funeral Home (35 Patrick St W, Wingham, ON N0G2W0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Hutton Heights Community Church (21 Lloyd St, Wingham, ON N0G2W0). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at the Clinton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Arlyn's honour may be directed to the Hutton Heights Community Church, the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice.
