William Joseph Fisher Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Joseph Fisher (Windsor, Ontario), who passed away on September 7, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Anna; and his brother John (Linda). He is survived by: his children, Mary Fisher, William Fisher (Deanna), Anne Rometty (John) and John Fisher; his grandchildren, Katelyn Dennis (Andy), Meagan Crocker (Kenny), Amy Zakhour (Rob), Julie Rothrock (Blaine), Jack Rometty and Will McLaughlin; and his sister Mary Margaret Orczyk (late Richard). He is also survived by extended family, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Families First Funeral Home (1065 Lauzon Rd, Windsor, ON N8S 3M8). A prayer was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Parish (12233 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8N1M3).
In lieu of flowers donations to the Parkinson's Society of South Western Ontario would be appreciated.
