He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; his daughter Victoria; and his sister Anne Cape (Bob). He is survived by: his children, Terry Crew and Kathy Roy (Jerome); his grandchildren, Jusdina (Shawn) and Kurtis; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Audrina and Scarlett; his brother Robert Crew (late Judy); and his brother-in-law Pete Ryan (Mary-Jane). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
