He is survived by: his spouse Claire Marie Couvillion; his children, Corinne Eagen (Rick) and Tom Couvillion (Allison); his great grandchildren, Owen, Kayden, Layton, Rayah, Frederick, Blair and Bébé Eagen; and his caregivers, Amira, Lawrence, Ryan, Abbi, Sarah, Karoline, Sara, Ashley, Doctor Krahn and Doctor Tremblay.
