He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte (McKinnon); his parents, Mark Parsons and Maggie Parsons; his sister Kathleen Parsons; and his daughter Sheila McNabb.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bernard Parsons, Beryl Hurst, Zena Burden, Edward, Clarence, Wilfred, Mark and Chesley Parsons; his children, Margaret Chambers (Charles) and Mark Parsons; and his grandchildren, Darrick Smith (Alicia), Rowland Paré (Krystal), Lottie Paré and Rolanda Lazevski (Bojan). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren and a large circle of friends.
