He was predeceased by: his grandson Curtis Appleyard. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Martin Deschamps (Shari), Denise Appleyard (Steve), Karla Hodgins (Jay), Tim Deschamps (Lisa), Michelle Deschamps and Daniel Deschamps (Diana); his grandchildren, Joel Deschamps, Patrick Deschamps (Shauna), Dayna Bezaire (Bevin), Jacob Appleyard (Tanya), Will Appleyard, Shawn Hodgins (Allison), Justin Hodgins (Alison), Jillian Sunil (Supreet), Adrian Deschamps (Christina), Lauren Deschamps (Brandon), Erik DeGeer (Bianca), Jeremy DeGeer (Jade), Mathieu Deschamps, Mitchell Deschamps and Aaron Deschamps (Vivian); and his brothers, Roland Deschamps and Robert Deschamps (Pam). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
