He was predeceased by: his wife Patty. He is survived by: his sons, Rob McIntosh and Sean McIntosh; his siblings, Doug McIntosh and Mary Ann Sholdice; his niece Ann Sholdice; his nephews, Mark Sholdice and Dylan McIntosh; and his close friend Al McIntosh.
