He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law James Angus (Diane); and his parents, Steven Horvath and Emilia Horvath. He is survived by: his children, David Horvath (Josephine), Peter Dufour (Teresa) and Michelle Lepain (Bill); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Andrew Horvath, David, Allie Dufour, Mallory, Morgan and Joshua Lepain; and his brother-in-law Gerald Angus (Beverly).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Lutheran Church (160 Giles Blvd W, Windsor, ON N9A6G9). A burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (1805 ON-3, Oldcastle, ON N0R1L0).
