He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jackie, Frederick, Kenneth, MaryAnn Dupuis (late Frank) and Donna Ali (late Hassin); his mother Helen Zwurtshek; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Bechard (late Ruth Ann), Lionel Bechard (Pat) and Kenneth Bechard (Karen).

He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Galasso (Jay); his siblings, Alphonse Laird (Rosey) and Francis "Susie" Zwurtshek; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Spezowka (late John), Diana Stuebing (late Ron), Ursula Durocher (Phil) and Norma Renaud (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
